Arctic Shores raises £5.75 million in Series B funding round – Arctic Shores, the pioneer of behavioural assessments that combine neuroscience, AI and game technology to generate data-driven people insights, has raised £5.75 million. The Series B funding round was led by Praetura Ventures and Calculus CapitalBeringea, an existing investor, also participated.

Locad raises $11 million in Series A funding round – Logistics start-up Locad has raised $11 million in Series A funding round, led by Reefknot Investments, a fund anchored by Temasek and Kuehne & Nagel.

SheerDrive Raises Pre-Series A Round Led By JITO Angel Network – SheerDrive, a Mumbai-based Digital AI/ ML pre-owned vehicle platform, which deals with all the key elements required to run an effective used vehicle program for new car dealerships (NCDs), has closed its pre-Series A funding from a clutch of investors at an undisclosed valuation. The funding round has been led by JITO Angel Network and supported by angel investor group INSEAD Angels, along with notable HNIs, and backed by existing investors Group Landmark (a TGP-invested company), Volrado Venture Fund, and Mr. Prajit Nanu, (co-founder and CEO at NIUM). The funds will be utilized in scaling growth and expanding SheerDrive’s footprint in the pre-owned car market in India, as well as further developing the company’s AI/ML-based intelligent VIARtechnology platform to its next version of operational capability.

Hack The Box raises $55 million in Series B round – Hack The Box, a gamified continuous cybersecurity upskilling and talent assessment platform, has announced a Series B investment round of $55 million led by Carlyle, alongside Paladin Capital Group, Osage University Partners, Marathon Venture Capital, Brighteye Ventures, and Endeavor Catalyst Fund.

The new investment will accelerate Hack The Box’s growth trajectory with a focus on further building out its “gamer-first” solutions offering. Hack The Box will also double down on its ongoing international expansion with strong commercial traction in the US, Europe and APAC.

Butter Payments Raises $21.5M in Series A FundingButter Payments, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a patented payments technology platform, raised $21.5M in Series A funding.

The round was by Norwest Venture Partners with participation from existing investors Atomic, Transpose Platform and Spring Tide Capital. Norwest partner Ed Yip has joined Butter’s board as part of the financing

Canvas GFX Closes $9M Series A-1 FundingCanvas GFX, a Boston, MA-based provider of interactive digital work instructions software to manufacturing ecosystems, raised $9M in Series A-1 funding.

The round was led by ECoast Angels and Mendoza Ventures.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth and expand operations.
