Hadean, a U.K.-based computing company, has raised $30 million to expand its current reach and grow its metaverse scaling capabilities.
The company closed its Series A funding round gathering support from big names in the gaming and entertainment business including Epic Games, developers of the Unreal series of graphics engines, and Tencent, a Chinese gaming-centered company. The company, which was founded in 2015, will use the funds to continue innovating its software suite to provide scaling services for metaverse worlds.
Not So Dark bags $80 million in Series B funding round –
French FoodTech startup Not So Dark has raised $80 million in Series B funding, led by Kharis Capital and Verlinvest, in partnership with Conviviality Ventures.
The round brings the firm’s total funding to date to $105 million.
Not So Dark launched in 2020 with delivery only menus sold on Uber Eats and Deliveroo. It has since been deployed across France with tech centric operations running out of its own dark kitchens.

Kobe Labs, a Detroit, MI-based cloud-based smart building startup, raised $8M in Series A funding.
The round was led by I Squared Capital and other strategic backers.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to invest in R&D.

AccessFintech raises $60m in Series C funding –
New York-based AccessFintech, which enables data and workflow collaboration across the financial industry, has raised $60 million in a Series C funding round led by WestCap.
Other investors in the round include BNY Mellon and Bank of America, along with existing investors Dawn Capital, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Citi Group.
