Eyestem Raises $6.4 Million In Series A Funding Round – Eyestem, a Bengaluru-based cell therapy company, has raised $6.4 million in Series A funding round led by Biological E. Limited, Alkem, NATCO and promoters of Kemwell Biopharma, Anurag and Karan Bagaria. The round also saw participation of existing investors Endiya Partners and Kotak Private Equity.

Startup PBM Capital Rx closes $50M series B funding round

Startup pharmacy benefit manager Capital Rx has just closed a $50 million series B funding round.

The round was led by Transformation Capital and also included investment from Edison Partners, who led the PBM’s series A round. The country’s fastest-growing PBM, Capital Rx now serves hundreds of thousands of members and processes millions of prescriptions, according to the announcement.

Utility Global, a Huston, TX-based sustainable hydrogen company, raised $25M in Series B funding.

The round was led by Ara Partners with participation from Samsung Ventures, NOVA and Aramco.

Cybrary raises $25M in a Series C funding round – Cybrary has secured $25M in Series C funding taking its total funding to date to $48M. This is the first time it has sought funding in over two years. It last raised $15M in a Series B funding round. Two of those investors – BuildGroup and Gula Tech Adventures – have come back for more.

Epigenic Therapeutics, a Shanghai, China-based biotechnology company, raised $20M in Series Angel and Pre-A funding.

Backers included Morningside Venture Capital, Kingray Capital, Trinity Innovation Fund, TigerYeah Capital and FountainBridge Capital.

Wealth management startup Dezerv raises $20M in Series A funding round

Mumbai-based wealth management platform dezerv. has raised $20.7 million in a Series A funding round led by Accel Partners. Existing investors Elevation Capital, Matrix Partners, Whiteboard Capital, and GTM Ventures also participated in the round.
