Home care platform GeoH closes $2M seed round – Indianapolis-based medtech Software-as-a-Service company GeoH Inc. has closed on a $2 million seed investment round. The round was led by Indianapolis-based VisionTech, with participation from Boomerang Ventures in Indy, and First Leaf Capital in Illinois, as well as individual investors.

GeoH’s software platform provides scheduling, payroll, billing, reporting and analytics, notifications, and user management capabilities for home care agencies, managed care organizations and state aggregators

Start-up NeuralGarage raises $1.45 million in seed round – Start-up NeuralGarage said it had raised $1.45 million in a seed round led by Exfinity Ventures.  The firm is currently building ‘VisualDub’ solution that is likely to benefit content creators across the board, globally.

The seed round saw participation from angel investors RAAY Global (Amit Patni Family Office), Vishal Agarwal and Raj Kulasingam (iconic global investor duo V&R), Anand Singh (Elios & Nexus Global Fund), Sarath Sura (Sunn91 Ventures), Sachin Jain, Narendra Soni (ex-KPMG) and Kejal Shah (ex Avendus PE). 

Fixigo raises seed funding in a round led by Agility Ventures – Auto-tech startup Fixigo has announced raising an undisclosed seed funding in a round led by Agility Ventures.

Industry veteran and Director of iGlobe Telecom, Tarun Kalra and Alienics Inc, a Canadian investment firm, also invested in the round alongwith a few other angel investors.

KKR Leads US$68 million Series B Funding Round in AI Leader Advanced Navigation – Advanced Navigation (the “Company”), a developer of AI robotics and navigation technology, and KKR, a leading global investment firm, today announced the signing of definitive agreements under which KKR will lead a US$68 million (AUD108 million) Series B funding round in the Company. The funding round includes participation from new investors such as deep learning venture firm AI Capital and existing investors, including Main Sequence, the Hon. Malcolm Turnbull AC, In-Q-Tel, and Our Innovation Fund, bringing Advanced Navigation’s total amount raised to more than US$85 million.

Aescape Raises $30M in Series A Funding Round

Aescape said on Wednesday that it raised $30 million in a Series A funding round led by Valor Siren Ventures and Valor Equity Partners.

The New York-based company said it is building automated massage therapy experiences, and the funding will drive additional partnerships, product development, and manufacturing.

Torigen Pharmaceuticals Closes $13M Series A1 Funding RoundTorigen Pharmaceutical, a Farmington, CT-based commercial-stage animal health biologics company, raised $13M Series A1 funding.

The round was led by Werth Family Investment Associates, and Connecticut Innovations, with participation from Emerald Development Managers, Gaingels, Kema Fund, University of Notre Dame, SoGal Ventures, UCONN Innovation Fund, Ironwood Capital and Advantage Capital.

Digital payments startup Banked adds £12.6m to Series A round – Digital payments startup Banked has raised an additional $15m (£12.6m) as part of an extension to its Series A, first announced in February.

Banked, which lets consumers pay using their bank without entering their account details at checkout, raised $20m (£16.8m) earlier this year in a round led by Bank of America.

VuNet Raises $5 M In Series A Funding Round – VuNet Systems, a provider of AI-based Business Journey Observability, raises $5 million in Series A funding led by Mela Ventures and Athera Venture Partners (formerly Inventus India), with participation from Dallas Venture Capital and TVS Capital Funds. 

Payment failures cost the global economy over $100 Billion, causing significant inefficiencies and affecting customer loyalty and financial inclusion across the ecosystem. With an opportunity size of $55 billion, the funding will be used to accelerate the research and development of new AI/ML-led product offerings and the expansion of global operations across India, Asia and the US.
