FastCo raises US$7.4M in Series A funding – Singapore-based FastCo has raised US$7.4 million in Series A funding, with the aim to expand in Southeast Asia.
Malaysia-based investment OSK Ventures International (OSKVI) led the funding, putting a total of $3.4 million U.S. into FastCo. Previous investor Cento Ventures and new entrant Kairous Capital also participated in the round.
KKR Leads Series C Round in Indonesian Digital Trust Provider Privy – KKR, a leading global investment firm, and Privy (the “Company”), a leading digital trust provider in Indonesia, today announced the signing of definitive agreements under which KKR will participate as the lead investor in the $48 million Series C funding round of Privy, with participation from existing investors MDI Ventures, GGV Capital and Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi (“TMI”), and new investors including Singtel Innov8. Fintech SaaS Startup Lentra Bags $60 Mn Funding To Build War Chest For Acquisitions –
Fintech software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform Lentra has raised $60 Mn as part of its Series B funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, SIG and Citi Ventures.
The startup will use the funding to foray into international markets including the US and Asia. Besides, Lentra will also deploy the investment for strengthening its products and the overall platform.
Egypt-based fintech startup MoneyFellows has completed a $31 million Series B funding round – MoneyFellows, an Egyptian fintech startup, just closed the first part of its US$31 million Series B round of funding.
The company got a US$4 million Series A loan in 2020, and the US$31 million first close of its Series B deal was led by CommerzVentures, Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), and Arzan Venture Capital.
