Aignostics Raises €14m Series A to Advance AI-powered Pathology – Aignostics, a spin-off from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, developing novel digital pathology solutions with “Explainable AI” for pharmaceutical research and diagnostics, today announced the closing of an oversubscribed €14m Series A financing round. Wellington Partners led the round, joined by existing investors Boehringer Ingelheim Venture Fund (BIVF), VC Fonds Technologie managed by IBB Ventures and High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF). CARMA Fund, initiated by Ascenion, also participated as a new investor.

Rephrase.ai Secures $10.6 Million in Series A Funding Led by Red Ventures –  Rephrase.ai (“the Company”), a generative AI startup that aims to humanize communication through synthetic media, has raised $10.6 million in a Series A financing round. This new financing was led by Red Ventures, a global company with a diverse portfolio of brands and businesses focused on offering premium content and personalized digital experiences, including Lonely Planet, CNET, Healthline, Bankrate, The Points Guy, NextAdvisor, and more. Silver Lake, the global leader in technology investing and an investor in Red Ventures, also participated in the round, in addition to 8VC and other investors.

NebulaGraph power growth with Series A funding round – Vesoft inc, the company that developed open-source NebulaGraph has raised finance in a Series A funding round led by Jeneration Capital. It previously raised $8 million in a pre-A funding round led by Matrix Partner China, Redpoint China Ventures, and Source Code Capital, who also participated in the full Series A round. Nebula Graph did not reveal the full amount raised but claimed it is in the tens of millions.

White & Case advises TruKKer on US$100 million Series C funding round

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised TruKKer on its US$100m Series C funding round.

Fortanix Raises $90M in Series C Funding Led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management to Accelerate Leadership in the Data Security MarketFortanix® Inc., the data-first multicloud security company and the pioneer of Confidential Computing, today announced $90 million in Series C financing bringing the total amount the company has raised to over $122 million. The round was led by the Growth Equity business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management (Goldman Sachs) with participation from GiantLeap Capital as well as the existing investors Foundation Capital, Intel Capital, Neotribe Ventures, and In-Q-Tel. Soumya Rajamani, Vice President at Goldman Sachs, will join Fortanix’s board of directors.

InvestSuite secures EUR6 million in Series A funding round

New strategic investors will help accelerate InvestSuite’s exponential growth.

InvestSuite, an international B2B InvestTech/WealthTech company, announced today the completion of a €6 million Series A investment round, bringing the total raised to €15 million since inception. Electric Propulsion Startup Morpheus Space Raises $28M Series A Round – Propulsion startup Morpheus Space raised a $28 million Series A funding round led by space VC Alpine Space Ventures. The company develops electric propulsion systems for small satellites and said this round of funding will increase manufacturing capability with a new factory in Dresden, Germany.
