SignalPlus Closes Series-A Funding Round

SignalPlus Ltd., a Singapore-based enterprise technology company offering options trading for digital and crypto assets, closed its Series A funding round.

Backers included HashKey Capital (Series A lead), GBV Capital (Seed round lead), Stratified Capital (advisor), Incuba Alpha, Chiron Partners, Paradigm Co, SNZ Holding, and Baboon.VC, with over $12M raised in aggregate.

H1 clinches $33M series C extension to fuel growth and weather upcoming potential downturn

Health tech company H1 picked up an additional $33 million in funding after securing a hefty $100 million series C round just six months ago.

“In a time of volatile markets when many are struggling to secure funding, this extension is a vote of confidence in our ability to advance our mission. Our ability to raise capital at the same terms as our original series C close is a testament to our significant market opportunity and ability to execute against it,” said Ariel Katz, CEO and co-founder of H1.

Insilico Medicine boosts latest funding round to $95 million with Aramco backing – Longevity AI drug discovery company Insilico Medicine has completed a $35 million Series D2 round, bringing the total raised in its Series D financing to $95 million. The new round was led by Prosperity7 Ventures, the diversified growth fund of Aramco Ventures, a subsidiary of Aramco, the world’s leading integrated energy and chemicals company.

Cranfield Aerospace nets new backers in Series A funding round

Cranfield Aerospace Solutions (CAeS) has secured a further £3.9 million ($4.7 million) investment from a pair of new backers, taking funding pledged in the current round to £14.4 million.

The two new investors are the Strategic Development Fund – the investment arm of Tawazun Economic Council of the United Arab Emirates – and California venture capital firm Motus Ventures.

xFarm Technologies Raises €17M in Series B Funding

xFarm Technologies, a Milan, Italy-based agtech company, raised €17m in Series B funding.

The round was led by Swisscom Ventures with participation from Neva SGR (Intesa Sanpaolo), Emerald Technology Ventures, NovaCapital e Grey Silo Ventures, as well as United Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Alexander Schlaepfer, partner of Swisscom Venture, joined xFarm Technologies’ board.


Neobanking firm Fi raises $17 mn in Series C funding round: Report – Bengaluru-based neobanking firm Fi has secured $15 million from Singapore’s state-owned Temasek Holdings and $2 million from existing investor QCM Holdings in Series C funding round, as per regulatory filings. In June, the startup raised $45 million from Alpha Wave Global. The fundraise comes as digital lending apps grapple with RBI’s lending rules which push for greater transparency.

Atomico backs Ben in £13m Series A round

Employee benefits platform Ben has raised £13 million in a Series A investment round.

The London company said the funding, led by Atomico, will allow it to ‘move even faster in making benefits work for everyone, everywhere’.

Neobank startup Fi raises $16.8 Mn funding from Temasek, QCM Holdings – According to regulatory filings, the Bengaluru based Neobank startup Fi has raised $16.84 Mn as part of its Series C fundraising round from  the company’s previous shareholder QCM Holdings and V-Sciences Investment, a Temasek entity.
